Deepak, a social activist from Mapusa District in Goa was beaten by a police officer[not in uniform] as Deepak captured him on a camera taking bribe. Deepak is hospitalized in the Mapusa Govt Hospital. The incident happened at the Mapusa Bus stand as the cop was taking bribe from drivers for fake and improper documents.
Neither the police officer fines the driver legally and takes them to the court, nor the drivers set to get their documents fixed.
As a result concerned people like Deepak are Victimized!!
